  Shenzhen Hung Cheong Plaza is a large-scale project jointly developed by Hung Cheong International Investment Co., Ltd.(HongKong) and four other PRC investors. The building has a total height of 248 metres with a total construction area of 131,165.77 m2 approximately and is the 3rd tallest commercial building in Shenzhen. The 67-storey skyscraper (4 underground levels and 63 levels above ground) is designed by China Academy of Building Research.
